The idea of forming my own dissertation question has been plaguing my mind for a couple of months now so I felt like it was time to get things down in words to see if it will help.
Mulling over the questions of what I find interesting in animation - because this is vital if I am to research into it during the next year (it needs to keep me focused and interested throughout) - I am now thinking about using this title:
ANIMATION AS A FORM OF COMMUNICATING A MESSAGE THROUGH FILM, TELEVISION AND THE INTERNET WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY DIALOG
My points of research at the moment are:
Early animations by artists such as Winsor McCay, Walt Disney
To look at new animations in film such as Someone by Magali Barbe

I bought a fantastic book recently from The Works (reduced from £20 to £7.99!!) called ANIMATION ART and will be using it a lot for research and references.
