Using your own personal experience write a few lines that describe how a personal contact has provided a creative opportunity for you.
In 2004 I met a musician who showed me how to record and produce metal music. He gave me a lot of good music advice and introduced me to many new sounds (bands) that I had never heard of or thought I would've liked.
I took the skills of recording into my own space and time and bought the equipment to do it by myself.
In 2005 I went to Northampton College to study Music Technology and in 2007 I finished with Distinctions.
This allowed me to get into University and has been a hugely creative opportunity for me in music, art, graphics, web, video and radio.
